Sullivan & Stanley appoints Sammy Allanson as Client Partner Lead to strengthen growth in the North of England

Manchester, UK, 2 April 2026: Sullivan & Stanley, the award-winning business change and transformation consultancy, today announces the appointment of Sammy Allanson as Client Partner to support the firm’s continued expansion across the North of England.

Sammy joins as part of a wider investment package aimed at strengthening Sullivan & Stanley’s capability in the North so it can better serve its growing client base in the region. As part of the brand-new role, Sammy will also play a key role in building out Sullivan & Stanley’s blended Northern-based consulting team and associate community, helping to scale a high-performing local presence.

Sammy joins Sullivan & Stanley with more than 15 years of experience across business, digital, technology and operational transformation. Most recently, she was a Managing Consultant at digital and technology consultancy Mason Advisory, headquartered in Manchester, where she partnered with clients as a trusted advisor, developed and led go-to-market strategies, and led consulting teams to deliver strong outcomes. She also played an important role in enhancing internal ways of working to support continued growth and performance. Prior to this, Sammy spent over 10 years delivering operations and digital transformation firm Atos, where she held a range of roles across the business with flagship clients.

Alongside her client work, Sammy is also a mentor in the Reed Women in Tech programme and is part of multiple Manchester-based communities which target growth and investment into the region. 

The appointment marks Sullivan & Stanley’s continued evolution as it accelerates its Intelligent Enterprise strategy bringing human-centred, tech-enabled transformation to the fore, strengthening its operational foundations and continues to expand MissionHub.ai – its proprietary AI platform designed to disrupt outdated consulting models.
