Sullivan & Stanley, the award-winning specialist change consultancy, is proud to announce a significant transition in its leadership. Pat Lynes, the esteemed CEO and Founder of Sullivan & Stanley, will be stepping away from the CEO role to focus on innovation and visionary efforts within the company. Concurrently, the consultancy is thrilled to introduce Jason Byrne as the new CEO, effective 9th October 2023.

With his exceptional track record in purpose-driven leadership and extensive experience in driving transformative change, Jason Byrne embodies the qualities that align with Sullivan & Stanley’s core values and aspirations. As a seasoned leader, Jason was previously Partner and Executive Director at consulting firm, Moorhouse. His expertise spans a multitude of sectors and disciplines, including corporate strategy, people-centric leadership, sustainability and digital transformation. His commitment to nurturing inclusive environments and empowering teams resonates strongly with the company’s mission to revolutionise the future of work.

Pat Lynes is an award-winning entrepreneur and Founder of Sullivan & Stanley (S&S), a change consultancy that helps organisations bridge the gap between investment and value realisation. Before founding S&S, Pat worked in the IT and change knowledge worker recruitment game for over 15 years, being recognised as Global Interim Recruiter of the Year in 2015. He has successfully delivered over 100 transformation teams for the likes of Three Mobile, Shell Energy, Burberry and WH Smith.
