We initiated the project by sending a skilled Delivery and Engineering team to collaborate with the existing Panda team. Together, we embarked on the Product Inception phase and proceeded with the development and implementation of the PandaClick solution.
To ensure a smooth knowledge transfer and skill enhancement, we introduced contemporary inception and delivery techniques.
Through a paired-project approach, we fostered a collaborative environment, allowing for knowledge sharing and growth among both teams.
Throughout the project, we actively addressed any problems and obstacles that surfaced. Our approach involved not just fixing immediate issues but also delving into the root causes to tackle broader delivery and transformation challenges faced by Panda Retail.
