The Background
Informa Group launched the IIRIS programme to create a powerful data and analytics platform capable of consolidating, curating and enriching audience data from across its global brand portfolio.
The ambition was to transition from a world-leading B2B events business to a leader in marketing access and data-driven insight. By harnessing audience intelligence, Informa aimed to amplify business value through stronger engagement, personalised experiences, and data monetisation — ultimately doubling both the volume and quality of its audience relationships.
Our Approach
S&S provided end-to-end Programme Management and Delivery Consultancy to support the IIRIS Programme. We lead and managed the development of B2B customer & data analytics engine including the future state tech landscape.
S&S setup the structure and disciple in collection, consent and continuous enrichment to deliver high quality data and insights. We engaged senior stakeholders across the Informa Group to drive awareness, engagement and interaction with the IIRIS Programme.
